A family business with a local purpose.
We are a family-owned business that has been investing in homes and rental properties for over 40 years. From providing housing for families to organizing affordable group homes for the elderly, we have always recognized the importance of affordability, dignity, and community.
At LION Homes, we carry those values forward. We want people to take pride in where they live, whether renting or owning, and to enjoy a sense of belonging. In response to the housing crisis, we want to provide a path to homeownership, whether that means owning the home you start out renting or another home down the road.
This is a process we can work toward together, which is why we are not your typical rental company. We want to build relationships based on mutual commitment, at whatever level you are comfortable with. When you pay rent on time and care for your home as if it were your own, we want to help you take steps toward ownership. Along the way, we offer stable rents, transparent fees, and the personal attention that comes with being a local, family-owned business.
